Eight boats and their crews enjoyed the hot weather last weekend, on the marathon trip to Morgan and back.
The Shelter shed expansion plans are about to go to council for approval. Hopefully it won't be too long before things start to happen at the site. Some committee members are hoping everything is finished by October so Damien our President can have his Wedding in the new Shelter Shed at the start of December.
Adelaide Powerboat Club held a successful club day on the 14th of January, with a bit of excitement when one boat sank and another boat caught alight at the same time down the other end of the course. We figure everyone got their moneys worth of entertainment.
Next Speedboat Spectacular will be held November 2008.
